  1. Agreement to Terms

    The following Rules/Terms define the relationship between the client and VenixHosting, which is referred to in this context as “Venix Ltd,” “Provider,” “Company,” and “We/Our.” Since we provide a variety of services, including “VPS/Dedicated Servers/Web Hosting,” we will divide this context into sections. As the “User/Client,” you are required to read and understand every part of the terms.

    We will ensure that the written information is clear and understandable.

    We are legally registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the ID: FL-249579680 under the name “VenixHosting.”

  2. Eligibility of Usage

    By default, we DO NOT block any user from using our services or website. However, you must ensure that you are not listed in the following:

    Your age is below 13 without parental/legal guardian consent.

    You intend to use the service for illegal activity.

    Your registration information is false or incorrect.

    You are marked as a scammer or untrustworthy person—we may refuse your registration and delete your account.

  3. Changes to These Terms of Services

    VenixHosting reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

    Users are responsible for checking the terms periodically.

    If you’re affected by a change, we will notify you via email.

    Clients returning after an extended period must re-read the Terms before ordering again.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations

    Refunds are only issued as account credit if a cancellation is requested within 48 hours of order.

    No cash refunds are provided as all services are prepaid.

  5. Support

    VenixHosting provides professional and fast support. Please note the following:

    Support Hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM UTC+3.

    Discord: Fastest method. Replies typically within 1–30 minutes.

    Verification: Required on Discord for account security.

    Tickets: Response within 15–30 minutes (may vary).

    Critical Requests: Handled via ticket only (e.g., backups, refunds).

    Note: The user is responsible for managing their own service.

  6. Payment Methods

    Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Tebex (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

    Fraudulent payments result in immediate suspension and deletion.

    We do not offer subscriptions—you must manually renew or use automatic renewal via your VenixHosting Wallet credit.

  7. DDoS Protection

    We work continuously to mitigate DDoS threats. Please note:

    No provider guarantees 100% protection, but we aim for the best.

    Report bypasses via support with packet capture.

    Patching usually takes under 1 hour but may take up to 1 week.

    You may NOT test or abuse the protection—doing so will result in suspension.

  8. Acceptable Use Policy

    The following uses are strictly prohibited:

    Tunneling (e.g., GRE, GENEVE)

    Copyrighted content hosting

    DDoS/DoS/Spoofing

    AI training, crypto mining, heavy processing

    Spam, threats, port scanning

    Pen testing, anonymity services (e.g., TOR)

    Torrenting, proxies, phishing, pornographic content

    Violations will result in immediate suspension upon detection and confirmation.
